Data Deletion Instructions

At WAPTO, your privacy and control over your data are important to us. If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data, please follow the simple steps below:
How to Delete Your Account & Data
- Log in to your WAPTO account using your registered credentials.
- From the left-side menu, navigate to Settings.
- Click on the Billing tab.
- Select Billing Information.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on Delete Account.
- Once you confirm, your account along with all associated user data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Important Notes
- This action is irreversible — once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
- Deletion includes personal details, chatbot data, integrations, billing information, and any stored messages or settings.
